This policy explains how First Little Wonders handles personal information during our signup-only early-access programme. No baby photo or payment is needed to join. Uploads and portrait generation are paused.

What we collect and why
When you join, we save your email address, the time and version of your consent, your email confirmation time and a temporary hashed confirmation token, your optional interest, and any campaign/source tags in the link you followed. We send a confirmation link when you request to join. Only confirmed addresses receive early-access marketing. We use these to manage the waiting list, understand interest in the service, and send the early-access invitations, launch news and feedback requests you agree to receive. You can browse without joining.
We also process a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information and request logs to deliver and protect the website. If you contact us, we receive your email and whatever details you include. Please do not email baby photos or identity documents.
Service providers and overseas processing
Our planned hosted service uses Vercel for the website, a private Postgres database for signup records, and Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Authorised operators and providers supporting the service may access information where necessary. Signup details are not sent to OpenAI. We do not sell the waiting list.
Hosting locations, the database provider and the email service are being finalised. We will publish the selected providers and applicable overseas processing locations here before public signups open.
Cookies and browser storage
Your chosen colour theme is saved in this browser’s local storage. Security features may use cookies or similar technology; administrator sign-in uses an essential session cookie. We have not added TikTok Pixel or advertising tracking to this release. Campaign tags help us understand where signups came from. We will update this notice before introducing additional tracking.
Retention and deletion
Waiting-list records expire after 180 days and are removed through scheduled cleanup. You can ask us to remove yours earlier. Application event records are kept for up to 30 days. Provider logs, backups and correspondence may have different retention periods; the provider details above will explain the configured arrangements before launch.
Leave the list
You can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, by replying to a launch email or emailing hello@firstlittlewonders.com.au with “Unsubscribe” as the subject. Use the address you signed up with, or tell us which address to remove. You do not need to sign in or give a reason. We will stop marketing messages within five working days. Every marketing email will identify us and include an unsubscribe option.
Access, corrections and privacy concerns
To request a copy, correction or deletion of your information, or make a privacy complaint, contact hello@firstlittlewonders.com.au. We may ask for proportionate verification before disclosing or changing personal information. We aim to respond to privacy requests and complaints within 30 days. This does not extend the five-working-day unsubscribe period.
If a concern remains unresolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner for guidance about your options and whether it can consider your complaint.
Changes and future photo trials
We will update the date on this page when this policy changes and notify subscribers of material changes where appropriate. Before photo trials open, we will explain photo permissions, AI processing, retention and deletion separately. Joining this list does not give us permission to use your family’s photos.
